Baskets at my apartment complex everyday

Every day carts are taken from the 290 and 43rd location and there hardly ever picked up. I have called numerous times and I'm told we will come pick them up.But in the end it is a on going issue that has not been resolved. Some times they come and retrieve the baskets but most of the time they sit for days and days. I wish they could fix the wheel locks on the baskets so this could be resolved !!!d

Dear sir I am very disappointed about one of your cheese products i bought from your store when buying groceries couple days ago. Cashier started ringing up next customer and shoved his items in with mine before finishing bagging my order while I was still putting bags in my cart. When I said hey wait she shrugged and continued scanning and shoving.

My shopping experience went okay until I made it to the check-out line. I was at 6100 West Fuqua, Houston, TX 77085 location. Anna S was my cashier. I didnt get greated,she rang up all my items, she turned her back to me, I paid for my groceries with my card, she hit a key on the register, gave me my receipt, then immediately started to ring up the next customer. She didn't say thank you. I asked her was she finished with me. She said oh, we don'tt bag customers groceries. I had to bag my own groceries.

Bad customer service by cashier David

W. Bellfort I was told that the cashier's don't bag groceries, but I watched the cashier David assist a customer with bagging her groceries & putting them in her basket on 04/27/2023. Then he had the audacity to tell me I can start bagging my groceries, I asked him what happened f he don't bag my groceries, he stated the they don't bag. So I asked him, y'all don't bag or y'all choose who groceries y'all bag? He them proceeded to walk off and get a monster energy drink out of the cooler while waiting for me to vag & pay for my groceries. I also asked the manager the same question, do y'all or don't y'all bag groceries or choose whose groceries to bag. She proceeded to tell me a long drawn out story, that I didn't care to hear. Be careful y'all can be open today & closed tomorrow.

Rosie at the Fuqua store rude suppose to be working in the store she playing security took my basket and moved it saying I had more than 20 items took my basket and pulled it and said I tried to run over her I told them pull the camera .in today's time you keep your hands to yourself that could have went left .I had just got out of church I told her corporate will handle this cause I don't have time for negative energy

I called customer service because I couldn't change store in the app myself. I got transferred twice then hung up on after a ten minute wait on the second transfer.

I traveled quite a ways to shop at this chain. After bagging $700 worth of groceries, I realized that i had forgotten my card. I left empty handed as the stores new policy doesnt allow you to type in the numbers even if you can prove that the card belongs to you. There was no consideration whatsoever. My purse was stolen a couple months back and was allowed to type in the info before canceling the card at this same location so I didnt think it would be a problem. I fail to see the big issue if I can prove that the card belongs to me. Especially since you can order groceries from this same store and never show them a card.

Store Manager Inappropriate manner to customer

Alanda, store Manager at 12009 Nortwest Fwy Houston TX 77092 I went in on Saturday for regular grocery supplies, when time to check out ,a Product from Goya that it was marked on shelved $1.94 scanned at the register at $ 2.03 I was buying 10 units of this Items. Cashier needed to check prices with other coworker and yes it was right price, so I was mentioned that by JOe Vs policy , they can honor only one at that price and the rest will be charge at the price that Register scanned, which I say why not all if you guys advertising at that price why I need to pay what is not advertising, so they call the manager Aland, whe she got there very very rude attitude ,I told me that was Joe Vs Policy, when I asked for it , she told me to go online, and look at it the I was going to ask to see if she honor that price for the rest of Items but she just star speaking in a inappropriate manner to me as costumer making a Highly disparaging remark and said things with a bit racial undertones, just because not wot willing to honor 9 cents the different on this Item. Very disrespectful lady giving me no opportunity to buy the product, instead she took item away and she walked away, ... The employees had more ethics than this Lady so called Store Manager.. this situation can lead to a harassment's or discriminations charge, Just don't know why Joe Vs hire Persons with this attitude to represent their business providing inappropriate customer service. Joe Vs , Needs to do a formal reprimand for this kind of behavior as it could lead to future problems..
